Delete Your Data from PicoNote

PicoNote is committed to protecting your privacy. If you wish to delete your personal data from our AI-powered meeting notes and transcription service, follow the steps below.

Steps to Request Data Deletion

  1. Fill out the form below with your full name, email address associated with your PicoNote account, and the reason for your deletion request.
  2. Click "Submit Request" to send your request.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
  4. We will process your request within 30 days, during which we may contact you for verification.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete the following personal data associated with your account:

  • Your account information (name, email, profile details)
  • All meeting records and associated notes
  • Audio recordings and transcription data
  • Labels and tags you created
  • Any uploaded files or attachments

Data That May Be Retained: Anonymized analytics data for service improvement purposes, and any data required by law to be retained (e.g., for tax or legal compliance). This retained data will not contain personally identifiable information.

Retention Period: All personal data will be deleted within 30 days of request approval. Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
