如果为用户帐户启用了SpamAssassin，则可以将处理器判定为垃圾邮件的邮件（带有可选标记，在SpamAssassin模块中配置）传递，删除或传递到用户邮件目录中名为Spam的特殊文件夹中。尽管使用默认设置的SpamAssassin误报极少发生，但明智的做法是将邮件保留一段时间，并允许用户使用Usermin Webmail或IMAP文件夹检查垃圾邮件文件夹（如果IMAP可供用户使用） 。默认设置是将垃圾邮件放入“ Spam Maildir”文件夹。
